Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead cross functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time within scope and within budget The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of managing complex projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties vendors for flawless execution
  • Monitor and track project progress adjusting as needed to meet objectives
  • Manage changes to the project scope schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or related field
  • Project Management Professional PMP certification preferred
  • 37 years of experience in project management or related roles
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies Agile Waterfall etc
  • Proficiency in project management tools eg MS Project JIRA Trello Asana
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience managing remote or cross functional teams
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
