Dear Candidates,
We are hiring Assistant Project Manager for a growing UI/UX agency based in Thane. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in project coordination, Agile practices, and client communication, who are eager to grow their career in project management. The Associate Project Manager will assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, time, and quality standards.
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
Department: Project Management
Reports To: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
Salary: 3 to 5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate and document scrum meetings, stand-ups, and client discussions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and schedules.
- Support project managers in tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and project milestones.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to track updates, resolve challenges, and ensure satisfaction.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and best practices in project management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related field.
- 6 months – 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator/Associate/Intern in IT, e-learning, or related domains.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project management tools (Confluence, Jira, MS Office).
- Technical understanding of web development, databases, and LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard) is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work in a team-oriented environment.
