Project Management Professional Required

We seek an exceptional Project Management Professional to lead the execution of IT and Managed Services projects.

This role demands strategic vision, accountability, and the ability to balance structured execution with proactive risk management in a dynamic environment.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring strict adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Drive service delivery excellence with a focus on governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for critical issues, coordinating swift resolution with minimal impact to operations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong fundamentals in project management, hands-on experience with Managed Services delivery, and proven expertise in Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development of 24/7 coverage strategies to ensure uninterrupted service availability.
  • Manage the preparation, review, and approval of Root Cause Analysis documents, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage the project backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to align work items with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong foundation in Project Management concepts – risk management, scope management, stakeholder management, change management, and decision logging.
  • Proven experience delivering projects in a Managed Services environment, including SLA management and governance models.
  • Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on delivery experience.
