Job Description:

SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is seeking a skilled Project Lead to oversee the onboarding and migration of customers into our Private Cloud. This role will serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management, technical upgrades, and customer-facing interactions. They will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met and customer expectations are exceeded.

  • Plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including consulting and customer teams
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a cloud services environment
  • Strong technical background in migration and upgrade processes
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and advocate for customer needs
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
