Programmatic Ads Planner Role

We are seeking a skilled programmatic professional to join our team as a Programmatic Ads Planner. This strategic position involves taking ownership and driving real impact in the planning and execution of programmatic campaigns.

Owning the full campaign lifecycle from planning to optimization, you will be responsible for conducting audience segmentation and media planning, analyzing campaign performance, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

About this opportunity

  • Plan and execute programmatic campaigns across leading demand-side platforms (DSPs).
  • Conduct detailed audience segmentation and media planning to deliver targeted advertising solutions.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas of improvement and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, creative, and strategy to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in ad tech and data privacy.

Requirements

  • Based in India, able to work remotely in a flexible environment.
  • 2-5+ years experience in programmatic media planning with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Proficient in at least one DSP with advanced knowledge of its features and capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Fluent English communication skills with excellent written and verbal abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently with minimal supervision.
