Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support for complex technical issues related to our products, ensuring seamless resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies to troubleshoot application problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engage additional resources when necessary and document reported problems effectively.
  • Communicate complex technical information to customers, peers, and other stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
  • Prioritize issues based on urgency and business impact, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in networking, CentOS Linux, and Windows OS is a must.
  • A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in at least one from contact center technologies, application support, telephony experience/SIP, XML scripting, or object-oriented programming.

Desirable Skills

  • Proficiency in VXML, CCML, RDBMS, Microsoft LUIS/CLU, APIs, SMS, and cloud technologies such as AWS and/or Google.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Communities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex software tools quickly and adapt to new responsibilities.
  • Strong customer communication skills (verbal and written) including passing an English proficiency test.
