We are seeking an experienced Senior Analog Design Engineer to fill a key position in our innovative team. With 49 years of product engineering expertise and 28 years of silicon design services, we offer comprehensive semiconductor engineering services.
Our world-class team of engineers has successfully completed numerous tape-outs across multiple foundries/nodes. We are an approved design partner for major foundries and provide Silicon Lifecycle services, including manufacturing, package design, test, validation, and qualification.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing power management solutions, with a strong focus on analog and mixed-signal circuit design. This role requires a deep understanding of power management ICs, including voltage regulators, DC-DC converters, and battery management systems.
- Design and develop power management ICs, including voltage regulators, DC-DC converters, and battery management systems.
- Perform end-to-end verification of power management circuits, including AC, DC, transient, noise, and reliability checks.
- Conduct simulations and co-simulations of analog and digital circuits.
- Guide layout engineers and perform post-layout design fix iterations.
- Debug functional and performance issues in simulations.
- Ensure design implementation meets PPA (Power, Performance, Area) goals.
- Create and verify all relevant design views using sign-off tools.
- Document design processes and results as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
- 5-15 years of experience with Cadence schematic capture, Virtuoso, Spectre, and HSPICE circuit simulation tools.
- Proficiency in AMS (Analog Mixed Signal) and power management design flows, tools, and methodologies.
- Basic exposure to layout techniques and the ability to review layouts and provide constraints.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (SHELL, PERL, SKILL), Excel macros, and MS Visio is a plus.
