Analog Layout Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analog Layout Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will independently handle block-level and chip-level analog layout design while effectively coordinating with circuit designers and project leads.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently perform block-level and chip-level Analog layout design, adhering to established process design rules.
  • Closely collaborate with circuit designers and project leads to meet design objectives and deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop custom layout designs for DAC, ADC, Bandgap references, Regulators, LDOs, and other analog circuits, ensuring optimal performance and minimal parasitics.
  • Conduct thorough verification tasks using industry-standard tools and techniques to guarantee the integrity of designed layouts.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Analog layout design, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in custom layout design of analog components, including DAC, ADC, Bandgap references, Regulators, and LDOs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with lower nodes (3nm, 5nm) is highly desirable.
  • A solid understanding of IC fabrication processes and reliability concerns, ensuring that designs meet performance, area, and reliability requirements.
  • Expertise in using industry-standard tools like Cadence Virtuoso, PVS, ASSURA, and Calibre for layout and verification tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Attributes:
  • Familiarity with advanced layout techniques to optimize performance and minimize parasitics.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues efficiently.
  • Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
