Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Analog IC Design Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing and developing high-performance analog circuits, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and reliability standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Circuit Design
    • Lead the design of complex analog circuits from signal chain to high power domain.
    • Conduct thorough design reviews and provide technical guidance.
  • Innovation and Improvement
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in analog design and audio technology.
    • Encourage innovation within the team and adopt new technologies.
    • Continuously improve design processes and methodologies.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with engineering teams to integrate analog designs.
    • Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Interface with customers and partners to understand requirements and provide technical support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
    • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
  • Relevant Experience
    • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Analog circuit design is required.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of Analog design principles, high efficiency switching circuit designs, and reliability is essential.
    • Proficiency with EDA tools for schematic capture and simulation is required.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
    • A good grasp of basic digital design fundamentals and understanding of DV flows & tools is beneficial.
