Job Title: People Systems Analyst

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a People Systems Analyst, playing a key role in supporting business change and continuous improvement of existing systems.

As a People Systems Analyst, you will work closely with functional leaders to resolve issues, maintain systems, and deliver real-time people analytics. Your expertise will help us leverage technology to drive efficiency, spark creativity, and make informed decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Manage and maintain the HR system, ensuring data integrity and workflow processes.
  • Provide first-line support for HR queries, including helpdesk ticket triaging.
  • Develop and implement workflows that align with business policies and support employee lifecycle management.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of new functionalities across HRIS, Talent, Performance, Integrations, Pay Flow, Benefits, and LMS.
  • Deliver training and documentation to users on system functionality and self-service processes.
