Senior Experience Manager

This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in creating engaging experiences that elevate the brand.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of planning and executing high-impact events, managing activations, and developing merchandise strategies that drive audience engagement.

The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders including partners, agencies, and vendors.

Main Responsibilities:Experience Creation and Activations
  • Develop and execute event strategies that showcase the brand's premium offering.
  • Coordinate with exhibitors, creative agencies, and vendors to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Track performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Merchandise Strategy and Execution
  • Design and implement EPIQ-branded merchandise to support theatre launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with production partners to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
  • Explore opportunities for co-branded or limited-edition merchandise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5–7 years of experience in experience management, event planning, or activation strategy.
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with creative agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and design principles.
