Regional Head Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Head to lead our business operations and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver top-line revenue through various channels, including dealers, online platforms, and digital partners.
  2. Supervise complete business operations, including profitability, sales forecasting, and target execution.
  3. Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement through cross-selling, new marketing campaigns, and third-party products.
  4. Drive teams for critical revenue parameters, such as ROI, pf, and insurance penetration.
  5. Propose and execute strategies for higher market penetration and faster portfolio build-up.
  6. Develop a high-quality lending book and increase lending penetration in the UCL Loans Segment.

Channel Management & Distribution

Ensure sourcing mix through channels is cost-effective to control Cost of Acquisition.

Deliver region-wise disbursal volumes, revenues, and yield targets.

Develop and implement a sales management system to track sales force productivity and performance.

Leverage marketing, product, and manufacturer support for enhanced business penetration.

Trigger promotional activities and events to ensure continuous funnelling.

Plan forays into new areas, locations, markets, or branches.
