Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 14+ years of experience in End-to-End RCM Process with in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations.
  • Currently an Associate Director or minimum 2 years as a Senior Manager.
  • Managed a team of 150+ members.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to organize human resources.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Expertise in MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
