Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cluster Manager to lead our team of professionals in the skilling sector. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of multiple centers within a designated cluster.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Direction: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to multiple centers within the assigned cluster with a focus on enrollment and placements.
  • Operational Leadership: Implement programs, oversee center-level activities within the cluster, manage resources, and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaison with internal stakeholders for operational requirements and cultivate strong relationships with community partners and external stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams for operational requirements and participate in formal meetings to share operational feedback.
  • Performance Management: Manage budgetary resources effectively, monitor and optimize resource allocation, and implement performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of center operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on program outcomes, financial performance, and other key metrics, and maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities and impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the skilling sector with a focus on mobilization and placements.
  • Proven experience in operations and team management skills.
  • Experience in skill development CSR projects.
