Job Title: MEP Project Engineer

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineer to join our team in Pune or Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in design, planning, and execution of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, and plumbing systems.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Designing, planning, and overseeing the installation of MEP systems;
  • Conducting load calculations, equipment selection, and ensuring specifications meet performance and regulatory standards;
  • Collaborating closely with architects, structural teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless MEP integration;
  • Oversseeing on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MEP systems; and
  • Maintaining documentation, including submittals, as-built drawings, test reports, and supporting regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational qualifications: BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or MEP Engineering;
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP system design, site supervision, or project delivery;
  • Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar tools;
  • Strong understanding of building codes, energy efficiency, safety standards, and sustainability practices;
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
