MEP Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP services manager to lead our team of engineers and technicians in delivering high-quality solutions for plumbing, fire & HVAC systems.

Job Description:

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of MEP services projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review project plans, specifications, and drawings.
  • Maintain strict quality control measures at each phase of project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with approved plans and safety norms.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultants to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Support project documentation, technical reporting, and process tracking using software tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve site-level issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing MEP systems with a focus on plumbing, fire & HVAC installations.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work in system-driven environments and adhere to structured processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (master's preferred).
  • Management certification or MBA would be an added advantage.
