MEP System Specialist

We are seeking an experienced MEP system specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Planning: Design, plan, and oversee the installation of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, and plumbing systems.
  • Load Calculations and Equipment Selection: Conduct load calculations, select equipment, and ensure specifications meet performance and regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate closely with architects, structural teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless MEP integration.
  • On-Site Installation and Testing: Oversee on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MEP systems, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain documentation, including submittals, as-built drawings, test reports, and support regulatory compliance.
  • Project Management: Monitor project schedules and budgets related to MEP execution, suggesting improvements or modifications when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or MEP Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP system design, site supervision, or project delivery.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar tools).
  • Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
