Electrical Engineer III

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer III to design and analyze MEP systems, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the MEP field. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review detailed electrical designs, plans, and specifications for MEP systems.
  • Perform load calculations, short circuit analysis, and voltage drop calculations.
  • Design lighting systems and fire alarm systems.
  • Work closely with the project team to integrate electrical systems with overall building design.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless MEP system integration.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans for MEP systems.
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Generate technical reports, including design calculations, equipment specifications, and as-built drawings.
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Codes including but not limited to NEC, Energy Code, and NFPA standards.
  • Aptitude for project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
