**Job Overview**

  • As a highly skilled Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex MEP systems for high-rise buildings, residential projects and townships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and planning MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical power distribution, plumbing and water distribution.

Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with architects, construction managers and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.

  • Oversee the selection, installation and maintenance of equipment and components for all MEP systems.

Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations and industry standards is also crucial.

  • Identify and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during the design, installation or operational phases.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, including HVAC, power systems and water distribution.

You should have a strong foundation in project management principles, including ability to manage project timelines and resources.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

Problem-solving skills are essential, as well as attention to detail in reviewing designs and specifications.

  • Qualification and Experience: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience in high-rise buildings, residential projects and townships.

Experience working on similar projects is highly desirable.
