Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our organization. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems to support business growth and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT tools, and technologies such as Snowflake. They will also possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop data pipelines using ETL/ELT tools and technologies such as Snowflake.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality data models using DAX and Power Query.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to design and implement analytics solutions.
  • Optimize data performance and ensure data integrity in large-scale data environments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or solution design in Compliance, Risk, or Financial Services domains.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI and advanced SQL, especially with Snowflake.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and performance tuning.
  • Solid understanding of analytics for risk and compliance use cases.
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms and data lakehouse architectures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
