The position of Vice Principal involves strategic leadership and management within the Faculty.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the efficient conduct of classes, examinations, and technical training programs.

This role fosters innovation and research, strengthens industry partnerships, and promotes international collaborations and exchange programs.

To optimize infrastructure and human resources effectively, the successful candidate will provide guidance to Heads of Departments and teachers in designing timetables.

Ambitious leaders are required to oversee the timely preparation and distribution of information among students upon commencement of the semester/term.

This includes essential details about studies, examinations, rules, schedules, and guidelines.

The chosen candidate will serve as the single point of contact for the institution to ensure the timely completion of the enrollment generation process for newly admitted students.

Responsibilities also include ensuring that institutional data related to teaching and learning, staff, examinations, academic programs, and circulars/notices for students is regularly updated on the university website and the MIS.

Regular meetings with teaching and non-teaching staff will be conducted to understand challenges related to the teaching-learning process and examinations.

Expert committee visits will require thorough preparations by collaborating with the Principal and Dean of the respective faculty.

Apart from these key areas, this individual will organize training programs, workshops, seminars, and symposiums in collaboration with the Principal and Centre for Human Resource Development.

Career awareness seminars in various regions will be organized to promote the institute's programs among prospective students.

Eligibility criteria include holding a Ph.D. degree or being a Professor/Associate Professor with a total service/experience of fifteen years of teaching/research/administration in Universities, Colleges, and other institutions of higher education.
