Energy Sales Representative

Enphase Energy is a leading provider of solar, battery, and electric vehicle charging products. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer leads from various sources by connecting with them through phone and email. This position will be responsible for the complete sales cycle - nurturing the lead, making the sales, and post-sales follow-up experience.
What You Will Do
- Qualify leads based on established criteria, engage with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and level of interest in the company's products or services.
- Makes outbound calls to existing and potential homeowner customers to educate them on Enphase products and the overall solar buying process.
- Schedule appointments/meetings with qualified leads and connect customers with installers to complete their purchase and installation.
- Deliver compelling value propositions to prospects, handle objections, and communicate the benefits of the company's offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads and prospects.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to tailor sales pitches effectively.
Who You Are and What You Bring
The ideal candidate should have a Graduate degree in Computer Applications or related field, with a minimum of 1 year's experience in sales, lead qualification, or appointment setting. Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus. The role involves night shift and weekend working, and the candidate should be comfortable making volume/bulk calls to prospective users. General understanding of electrical concepts and electrical or electronics background would be highly desirable.
