Purchase Procurement Specialist


Overview of Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clear understanding of customer specifications and requirements.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately in accordance with established procedures.
  • Track all purchase orders until successful delivery of materials.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors on material dispatch and delivery status.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of purchase orders, invoices, challans, and correspondence.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
