Job OpportunityAbout the Role

A professional Training Manager is required to oversee the overall performance of aligned accounts and provide direction to team members in all aspects of training, including planning, design, implementation, reporting, and evaluation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, update, and manage training programs for accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams on instructional design, content, and projects.
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate trainings for new and existing resources using various instructional techniques and formats.
  • Drive domain expertise across accounts in technical teams and actively participate in due diligence and transitions calls for new and existing scope of work.
  • Manage coaching sessions with trainees and supervisors to achieve high performance levels and work with quality assurance to monitor resources while processing cases.
  • Manage training administration, including training enrollment and class assignments, course evaluations, and tests, and develop appropriate reporting to measure program effectiveness.
  • Assess and adapt both current and new training needs to align with organizational changes and business objectives.
  • Work closely with team members to resolve process problems and provide recommendations on improving processes.
  • Manage knowledge base, including upkeep of training materials and records, and find innovative training methods.
  • Support ongoing and long-term improvement projects for career development and document all business-related employee interactions.
  • Review and analyze reports, records, and data to meet and exceed customer and company targets.
  • Collaborate with workgroups to resolve issues impacting internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish operational priorities and strategies to meet and exceed business goals and objectives.
