Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our policy team in delivering high-quality results. As a Policy Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of policies that align with our business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • DuckCreek Experience: You should have strong experience working with DuckCreek, including knowledge of its features, functionality, and integration capabilities.
  • Policy System Expertise: A deep understanding of policy systems, including underwriting, rating, insurance rules, forms, and workflow is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Example Author, Server, Express, Forms, Rating, Batch Processing, Task Creation, Transact, Address Validation, and good knowledge of Duck Creek Policy System and workflow.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in P&C insurance domain and good understanding of business, functional requirements, and policy workflow of the total application and project.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
