Job Role and Responsibilities
  • You will be the first point of contact for customers requiring post-sales technical assistance.

Key Performance Indicators
  1. Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email or other communication channels.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  3. Develop and publish technical documentation to aid customers in resolving common issues.
  4. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support as required.
  5. Travel to customer sites to resolve critical issues promptly when necessary.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in technical tools and software relevant to the industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
