Job Title: Business Development Manager for AI Solutions

About the Role:
A high-performing Business Development Manager is required to identify and onboard new customers, sell AI solutions, and drive revenue growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, hunt, and onboard new customers across global markets.
  • Sell AI solutions focusing on value-driven sales over resource placement.
  • Gain a deep understanding of KrtrimaIQ's capabilities, products, and IP, and translate them into customer-focused solutions.
  • Consistently achieve revenue growth, sales targets, and order booking goals.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and technical leaders.
  • Independently engage in 1st level technical discussions with clients without relying on technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT solutions sales with a strong focus on AI/ML, Data Science, and Data Engineering domains.
  • 2+ years of proven experience selling to customers in North America, UK, or Middle East markets.
  • Experience selling both products and services in the IT/AI domain.
  • Strong ability to understand customer pain points and requirements, and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to close deals.
