Artificial Intelligence Model Developer

We are expanding our global AI team to contribute to impactful, large-scale AI solutions. Our ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and developing custom machine learning models for business-specific problems.

This role involves working with cross-functional teams across India and Europe to integrate AI solutions into real-world products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing custom machine learning and deep learning models for natural language processing, computer vision, predictive modeling, and recommendation systems.
  • Building and maintaining scalable AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
  • Ensuring high-performance, scalable, and production-ready deployment using machine learning operations best practices.
  • Optimizing models with advanced techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, and GPU optimization.

To be successful, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, along with 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions and strong programming expertise in Python and relevant frameworks.
