Position Overview:

Insight Global is seeking an experienced AI/LLM Engineer to join their global consulting firm in India. This temporary contract position will support various Digital Products Teams in the AI Center of Excellence, focusing on building key prioritized Generative AI solutions.

As the successful candidate, you will have expertise in Gen AI development (Multi-agentic architecture, Agents orchestration, RAG, LLM evaluations, APIs development etc.). You must possess excellent communication skills and professionalism, as you will work cross-functionally with executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Generative AI based solutions using frameworks like Langchain, Llamaindex to build Retrieval augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent architectures driven solutions.
  • Driving end-to-end design, development & deployment of Gen AI solutions at scale to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) to meet specific Generative AI business outcomes.
  • Expertise in Gen AI development (Multi-agentic architecture, Agents orchestration, RAG, LLM evaluations, APIs development etc.).

Requirements:

  • Overall 7+ years of experience in technology, software engineering or data science/ML.
  • 5+ years of hands-on coding experience in python development.
  • 2+ years of experience in building Generative AI products at scale.
  • Strong Experience in developing Generative AI based solutions using frameworks e.g. Langchain, Llamaindex.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
