Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable systems to unify data lakes and warehouses.
  • Develop real-time data pipelines using Kafka, Pulsar, and Flink to process structured/unstructured data with low latency.
  • Leverage Java to build high-performance applications and services that scale efficiently.
  • Utilize modern data warehouses and query engines for sub-second operations and analytics on real-time data.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases to manage diverse data workloads effectively.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across multi-tenant systems.
  • Optimize production infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of trends in the data ecosystem to drive technical excellence.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering with large-scale systems.
  • Expert proficiency in Java for data-intensive applications.
  • Hands-on experience with lakehouse architectures, stream processing, and event streaming.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Proven track record in optimizing query engines and data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security frameworks, and multi-tenant systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code.
