About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Wellness and Resiliency Coach to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing coaching interventions to bolster employee resilience, helping them reach goals and/or overcome obstacles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively check-in with Teammates and invite them to individual coaching or group sessions in person, by phone, via email, or video platforms.
  2. Provide individual and group coaching sessions using prescribed approach, and following ICF Core Competencies.
  3. Partner in the creation and implementation of individual action plans of clients.
  4. Monitor and check-in with clients at specific times to help them keep track of the achievement of their set goals.
  5. Schedule and conduct regular and consistent individual and group coaching sessions.
  6. Create and organize confidential client files including intake and session documentation.
  7. Monitor, collect, and evaluate necessary data to keep track of clients' progress.
  8. Report accurate and consistent data by using prescribed tools.
  9. Assess for emergency/crisis needs and ensure safety planning with the clients and proper endorsement to mental health professionals.
  10. Design and facilitate wellness sessions, outreach programs, and activities that support monthly programming and department objectives.
  11. Lead or co-lead projects or activities assigned by the Manager and/or Director of Wellness and Resiliency.
  12. Attend activities and complete all development programs and training sessions required by the department and the company.
Requirements:
  1. Graduate of a 4-year college course, preferably in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracks.
  2. Minimum 1 year experience in coaching, mentoring, or counseling.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  4. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  5. Outstanding communication skills, with emphasis on listening skills.
  6. Above Average fluency in written and spoken English.
  7. A strong desire to help others.
  8. Flexibility to work with shifting hours.
  9. Proficient in office software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in and general knowledge of mental health care.
  2. Certification in Life Coaching.
  3. Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracks.
  4. Licensed Psychologist, Guidance Counselor, or Psychometrician.
