The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing top talent through various channels, including job portals and social media. They will also be required to post job openings on different platforms and engage with applicants throughout the hiring process. Additionally, they will assist with recruitment events and support administrative tasks such as maintaining reports and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Identify top talent through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Posting Job Openings: Share job listings on various platforms to attract candidates.
- Engaging with Applicants: Communicate with candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
- Supporting Recruitment Events: Help organize and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.

Requirements:
