Advanced Technical Support Role

This position involves providing expert technical support to customers, troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is required.
  • 8-12 years of experience in technical support or a related role is necessary.
  • Strong background in IP networking protocols such as MPLS, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc. is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Nokia IP SR/SSR products including models like 7750, 7210, 7250, and 7220 is essential.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting tools like Wireshark and Tcpdump is required.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and ability to work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams are expected.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with focus on technical issues and ability to think critically under pressure is necessary.
