We are seeking a skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

This role involves providing technical support and assistance to our clients in resolving network-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network protocols, products, and technologies.

In this position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex network problems, ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, and providing excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Understanding of network-related disciplines with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Strong knowledge of protocols and products like GPON, MPLS, SDAN, and Wi-Fi 5/6.
  • Proficiency in remote diagnostics and on-site support.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
What You Will Contribute and Learn
  • Perform tasks with moderate guidance, ensuring adherence to guidelines and policies.
  • Analyze information and propose solutions to resolve straightforward issues.
  • Assist experts in debugging, system-level tracing, and protocol flow analysis.
  • Support in identifying, reproducing, and characterizing defects.
  • Communicate with customers for moderate to complex cases, providing support.
  • Ensure escalated cases are handled within SLAs.
  • Assist in software configuration, fault management, and functional testing.
  • Aid senior experts in creating technical documents and guidelines.
