We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Care Specialist.

Job Description

This role involves providing top-notch technical support to customers, leveraging advanced troubleshooting methods and product knowledge to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with 8-12 years of relevant experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • A strong background in IP networking protocols (MPLS, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) is essential.
  • Knowledge of Nokia IP SR/SSR products, including models like 7750, 7210, 7250, and 7220, is also necessary.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark and Tcpdump is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams are vital.
  • A strong problem-solving ability with a focus on technical issues and the ability to think critically under pressure are also essential.
