Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead a team of skilled graphic designers and quality assurance specialists in the production of high-quality print media materials.

  • Oversee the creation of production-ready assets for digital and print media, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and creativity among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and prioritize project resources, including team members and timelines, to ensure cost-effective use of resources without compromising on quality.
  2. Develop and implement strategic design operations plans to enhance team productivity, efficiency, and overall project success.
  3. Implement rigorous quality control processes, conduct regular sample quality checks, and address any design discrepancies or quality issues promptly and effectively.
  4. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to maintain the team's competitive edge.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on design projects and foster effective stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Print-media design.
  • Strong conceptualization skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
