Senior Printed Circuit Board Designer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior PCB Design Engineer to lead the design of cutting-edge printed circuit boards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create multilayer PCB layouts using advanced design tools and techniques.
  • Design high-speed mixed signal boards with expertise in HDI and BGA technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry interfaces, including USB, Ethernet, and CAN.
  • Optimize designs for minimal EMI/EMC problems and analyze DFM & DFA.
  • Verify Gerber & ODB++ files and adhere to IPC standards.
  • Develop schematics and approve PCB footprints with attention to detail.
  • PARTicipate in schematic and PCB layout reviews for internal and customer projects.
  • Collaborate with PCB vendors to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Bring up boards, debug, and test them efficiently.
  • Maintain expertise in UART, I2C, LCD, SPI, QSPI, CSI2, and CAN communication protocols.
  • Select components for schematic designs and mentor junior engineers effectively.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of successful production-level PCB experience.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a proven track record.
  • Familiarity with industrial PCB design tools and workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication or related field.
