**Job Title:** PCB Designer

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Printed Circuit Board (PCB) designer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and validating PCB libraries, performing schematic capture, and ensuring design correctness.
  • You will also execute component placement considering electrical, DFA, and DFM constraints, develop power split plans, and ensure robust design for power delivery.
  • In addition, you will carry out PCB routing with controlled impedance and length-tuning as required, handle the complete post-Gerber process with fabrication and assembly readiness, and define and calculate layer stack-ups for various board designs.
  • Your expertise in High-Density Interconnect (HDI) technologies, including blind/buried vias and high-speed peripherals, will be valuable assets in this role.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with leading PCB design tools (e.g., Allegro, Altium, Mentor Graphics).
  • Strong knowledge of constraints setting, routing, and post-layout checks.
  • Experience with signal integrity and power integrity validation methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in multi-layer PCB stack-up design and materials selection.
  • Familiarity with HDI techniques, blind/buried vias, and high-speed interfaces.
  • Good understanding of DFM, DFA, and DFT considerations in PCB design.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
