Visual Creative Lead

This role is for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Taking ownership of all design outputs, ensuring timely delivery with high creative standards.
- Designing and finalizing brochures, flyers, hoarding ads, newspaper ads, and other print materials, with complete technical knowledge of print processes.
- Developing engaging and aesthetic visuals for social media clients, aligned with brand preferences and identity.
- Using strong typography, layouts, and creative direction to elevate brand presence.
- Conceptualizing and designing aesthetic, brand-suitable reels and video content for social media platforms.
- Guiding and managing junior graphic designers, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables.
- Working quickly without compromising on creativity, finishing designs at a higher professional level.
Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of color grading, design principles, and editing techniques.
- Ability to adapt design styles across diverse brands and industries.
- Video editing and reel creation skills are mandatory.
Bonus Skills:
- Using AI tools in design workflows for efficiency and innovation.
- Ability to finalize designs faster with a professional finishing touch.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
