Lead Visual Creative

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our marketing campaigns.
- Design carousels, social media posts, ad creatives, packaging, and brand collateral.
- Create scroll-stopping static & animated creatives (bonus if you know motion).
- Build visual identities for brands — you won't just 'execute,' you'll conceptualize.
You will work closely with our content, video, and strategy teams to create high-conversion assets that meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) / Figma / Canva Pro.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, grids, colors, and basic branding theory.
- Visual storytelling, CTA hierarchy, and creative psychology skills.
- No micromanagement — just accountability and ownership.
- Flexible hours, but full commitment.
- Work-from-home + On-ground shoots or collab sessions (1–2 days/week minimum).
- A stipend ranging from ₹8K – ₹12K based on output.
