Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead enterprise sales and expand our market reach in key global markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling cloud communication services to enterprises, identifying new business opportunities, pitching offerings, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for SaaS and services (CPaaS, omnichannel, UCaaS).
  2. Conduct high-volume outreach to generate qualified leads.
  3. Engage with decision-makers to schedule product demos and explore business opportunities.
  4. Qualifying leads to using structured frameworks and passing them through the sales funnel effectively.
  5. Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to drive interest and conversions.
  6. Maintain detailed records of outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
  7. Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams for solution alignment and proposal preparation.
  8. Track market trends and competitor activity to adjust targeting strategies as needed.
  9. Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients across sectors.
  11. Understand customer pain points and propose tailored SaaS services.
  12. Collaborate with technical and product teams to align solutions with client requirements.
  13. Maintain sales pipeline and accurate reporting using CRM tools.
  14. Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  15. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in cloud communication technology.
  • Strong knowledge of CPaaS, UCaaS, and omnichannel communication features.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interact with senior decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, etc.).
  • Experience working with global markets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, telecommunications, or related field. MBA is a plus.
