About Us

We are a baby tech company based in multiple locations.

We specialize in building smart baby products with our first product being a smart crib for babies from 0 to 24 months of age.

This smart crib comes with an integrated baby monitor that senses early signs of wakeup and soothes the baby back to sleep.

We focus on sensing, learning, and impacting outcomes for babies and parents.

Our goal is to reimagine the baby nursery to make it smart, intuitive, and delightful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING & STRENGTHENING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
  • LISTEN, EMPATHIZE, AND HELP CUSTOMERS ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS
  • MANAGE INCOMING CHATS AND EMAILS AND HANDLE FOLLOW-UP CHATS AND EMAILS
  • ADDRESS AND RESOLVE CUSTOMER ISSUES PERTAINING TO BUSINESS GROWTH, BILLING, AND GENERAL ACCOUNT SATISFACTION
  • Demonstrate the value of the organization by providing excellent customer support

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • RESOLVING CUSTOMER ISSUES AND RECORDING THEM FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
  • Demonstrating the value of the organization through exceptional customer support

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • MULTI-TASKING SKILLS
  • EXCEPTIONAL ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS, ESPECIALLY WRITTEN
  • POSITIVE, POLITE, CONFIDENT, SINCERE, AND FRIENDLY DISPOSITION
  • ABILITY TO SOLVE PROBLEMS QUICKLY AND THINK ON YOUR FEET
  • ABILITY TO REMAIN CALM UNDER STRESSFUL CIRCUMSTANCES
