Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Specialist. The Product Specialist will be responsible for developing product knowledge, analyzing market trends, and communicating effectively with clients and team members. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves understanding customer needs and providing tailored travel solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and expertise as a Product Specialist
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Effective Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Outstanding Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in Sales and a customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, particularly in China, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
