Main Responsibilities:- Utilize experience in FNOL processing, Payment processing related to claims, understanding Static report and UW control sampling, and working on those reports.
- Manage claims mailbox, SIR (Self Insured Retention) processing, generate Loss runs and chase brokers for additional information needed to progress from a bind to a policy.
- Review, quality control, and amend cause of loss and loss location data contained within our systems across all lines of business.
- Provide expertise or general claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing, and adjusting claims.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Relevant work experience in claims processing.
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
