We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Investment Professional to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis of new deal opportunities across the infrastructure landscape, evaluating deals to assess their fit into our investment framework, identifying and pursuing attractive investment opportunities, developing detailed financial models, preparing comprehensive memos and investment proposals, monitoring portfolio performance, and adapting investment strategies and risk management practices accordingly.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth analysis of new deal opportunities and evaluating them against our investment framework.
- Developing detailed financial models tailored to the complexities of infrastructure investments.
- Preparing comprehensive memos and investment proposals for review by senior management and investment committees.
- Monitoring portfolio performance and undertaking timely reviews to assess risks.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of relevant experience in the infrastructure space within a buy-side or sell-side environment, with a demonstrated understanding of sector-specific nuances. A strong educational background, preferably from a Tier 1 institution, is also desired, along with CA (Chartered Accountant) qualifications.
