We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Telecom Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for professionals with expertise in wireless telecom expense management (TEM) who can analyze usage, optimize plans, identify discrepancies, and drive cost savings through proactive insights and recommendations.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct rate plan and feature analysis to ensure optimal cost efficiency.
  • Analyze devices and recommend the most suitable plans/features based on usage.
  • Review accounts for zero-use devices and manage deactivation where required.
  • Perform spend & trend analysis to track telecom cost patterns.
  • Monitor data usage, identify high data users, and provide corrective recommendations.
  • Perform unbilled usage analysis and ensure timely billing.
  • Validate rate plans and features against contract compliance.
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in wireless accounts.
  • Review provider contracts, terms, and ensure adherence.
  • Manage devices for exit employees and ensure proper offboarding.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in wireless telecom/TEM.
  • Advanced level of English (verbal & written).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proactive with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, formulas).

Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
