Job Role: Senior Financial Analyst Credit

Location: Fully remote, based in India.

Working Hours: Align with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.

About the Job: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Senior Financial Analyst Credit to strengthen our credit and deal execution capabilities. The successful candidate will have 7-8 years of relevant financial experience and will work closely with the lending team to support underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft comprehensive financial reports for transactions.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze loan agreements.
  • Conduct thorough financial and credit analysis to inform underwriting decisions.
  • Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with the lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.
  • Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of financial analysis / underwriting experience with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers.
  • Candidates with prior experience in investor relations will be preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in financial fundamentals.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
