Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Delivery
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive business results through the provision of financial expertise and market intelligence.
  • Deliver financial targets, maintain control environments, and support regional business managers.
Productivity
  • Reduce working capital provisions, unlocking value and improving inventory management.
  • Drive distributor ROI improvements and optimize savings opportunities.
Net Revenue Management
  • Implement and adopt new BTL claim processes, incorporating NRM planning strategies.
  • Develop pre- and post-measurement cultures to drive efficiency in trade spend investments.
Business Partnering
  • Develop comprehensive financial analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders, influencing strategic choices.
BAU Operations
  • Timely MIS circulation for expected blocks, credit block releases, and improved review systems.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive collections and reduce overdues.
