Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing financial analysis and providing recommendations to management on key business drivers. This includes analyzing financial statements, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize financial performance.

In addition to financial analysis, the Financial Analyst will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing financial statements and identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing strategies to optimize financial performance
  • Preparing and reviewing financial reports
  • Presenting complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders

Skill Requirements:

  • MBA/CA Intermediate/ICWAI Intermediate - Finance with minimum of 4-5 years of post-qualification in any Industry
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, analytical abilities, client handling skills
  • Experience in partnering with business leaders
  • Ability to partner and manage cross-functional teams
  • Hands on experience in Financials preparation, Monthly Books Closure & Review activities, MIS Preparation, Review, etc.
  • Should have good working knowledge in Tally/Well versed with MS Office
