- Conduct regular HR technology audits to ensure compliance, data integrity, and system security.
- Liaise with internal business technology teams to align HR systems with enterprise-wide solutions and integrations.
- Lead the implementation of new system enhancements and ensure adoption by HR and employees.
- Maintain and optimize HR systems like Zing HR and TurboHire, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify process gaps and deploy digital workflows.
- Monitor system performance, generate HR dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Train HR teams and employees on new features, functionalities, and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HR technology trends to recommend future-ready solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferably with an HR tech/automation background).
- 3–6 years of experience in HR Technology / HR Operations with hands-on system management.
- Knowledge of Zing HR, TurboHire, Power Automate, and Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, etc.
- Prior experience in HR tech audits and compliance checks is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across HR and technology functions.
